The white large spot in the center is damage caused by meningitis. This is diseased tissue in her memory area and is why she has very little short-term memory. The upper left is where her surgery was performed in 2003.

Wouldn't you think we would know more about this than we do. I think the 3 months we stayed up there that all of us were praying so much and maybe I just didn't pay attention to some of the info. We all did a lot of praying and we are continuing to do so. I am learning and re-learning the 23rd Psalm especially the Yea, though I walk through the valley of death I will fear no evil for THOU ART WITH ME. Oh, what a great God who is with us and with Stacy especially.

Pretty amazing to actually see the pictures and see where things are no longer "quite right." Glad to hear things are pretty slow right now with seizures and tremors. I bet having that subside for a while is a relief. Hope you are doing well. I'm looking forward to Mom flying out this week and then me flying back in a few weeks to visit my dad.
